Aren't we clever! 
I wanted the Add Link functionality in the HTML menu added to my right-click menu (which is different from the Add Link functionality which already exists in the right-click menu. (Oh dear. Poor newbies!)
So, I copied the script out of the HTML menu and pasted it into the right-click menu. I named the new item AddLink[html] to help preserve my sanity.
Crash
Hmmm. Well, just for the record OPML just crashed on me. Not complaining. If anyone's interested I've got the crash log pasted into my IO. At the time I had just run the update (successfully) which Dave posted here.
I had "today's outline" open with one entry in it. I'd just hit the New Entry button and kaboom. It's a bit past midnight here. I don't suppose that I was adding a new entry to "today's outline" on the day after today had anything to do with it?
Hmmm. Looks like my late Sat evening post went down with the crash. Didn't hit Save I guess.
