New OPML Editor Tools Dave Winer wrapped up 2005 and started 2006 with a couple of new tools that build on the OPML Editor he released over the summer. FlickrRivr.root takes advantage of Flickr's RSS support to create a river of pix that can be updated routinely -- and, if configured right, used as a screensaver. newsRiver.root is an OPML news aggregator that starts with a default batch of feeds or can be populated via import. A few glitches here and there and I'm not sure it will replace my other readers but worth the time, especially if you've already installed OPML Editor. |
