Tech Support - OPML Style Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Check this out! A little demo courtesy of Donovan Watts' who is providing his mother with tech support using Web 2.0 technology. LOL! This cracked me up. The reason I find this so funny is that I am Tech Support for members of my family. Particularly for my dear Mother-In-Law, who has bad drag-and-drop karma. I could just see myself preparing a fix and showing it to her on the web. So much simpler, as a picture, or a demo is worth a thousand words. Click here to access the object that's linked to this item.
