Hey, OPMLheads. Back to our regularly scheduled OPML program! Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Cosmic Dread: "Are you ready for the return of the Cosmic Dread Hour?" You mean it left? I was still getting the Cosmic Dread loud and clear... Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Wow. Kosso's flash app lets you load changes.opml.org and then browse the blog feeds. Neat! Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Josh Peek says he's looked at some of the XSLT stylesheets available for transforming OPML into HTML -- but that they're not very good because they don't support outline child elements. That's no good! So he's written his own. Thanks, Josh! Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Tom: "Once I take enough medicine to hide the fact that I really feel bad, I'll be back." Try to get some rest if you can, Tom. And thanks again for fixing my outline! Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Amyloo: "I've found myself writing more personal things here than I do on my "real" blog." Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Anathapuri is a blog by a blogger on the Malabar Coast of the Indian Ocean. What are Blogs, RSS, Atom, OPML, and Podcasting? Greetings, Skreekandakumar! Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Donovan Watts' new tabbed template is nifty. The subtitle of his blog is Getting Things Done. It makes me think that there probably is some way to tie in the OPML editor into the GTD phenomenon -- it'd be a great way to maintain Next Actions lists, for example.  Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Don Strickland: "Wanted: A Low Cost, Wall-Mounted 15 inch LCD Display that Joins my WiFi Network and displays a URL I Set It To." Permanent link to this item in the archive.

I Can See My Blog from Here: "Whenever I start playing with something, specifically software, there's a period where I feel like I have to use the tool the "right way" and not the "cool way." I feel grateful that I'm often too ignorant to even be aware of the Right Way, but I completely understand this impulse. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Andy also talks about the possibility of creating an OPML Community Server on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Perl (PHP?)) or .NET. I think he's right, OPML is open for all kinds of people to contribute their own projects. It would be great to have multiple OPML server-side gizmos that could interact with the OPML Editor.  Permanent link to this item in the archive.
