The men's 5000m have just run their first mile in 4:09....
Neil says "it's looking open - anyone's race..." "As long as it's not the guy with the mullet!".... Tricky P -"That was outrageously fast!" - sub 52 last 400m for Bernard Lagat! Men's 100m coming up.... 9:91 for Asafa Powell.... Tuesday, July 18, 2006Monday, July 17, 2006OK - it didn't save my Newsriver newsfeeds OPML file, but no matter. I could have imported the saved version but Bloglines is my active Newsfeed depot and it took a matter of seconds to download and import my 303 feeds. Scanning threads now; I prefer the Bloglines way to read and keep control over my news reading, but sometimes it nice to lie back and watch the 'river of news' flow by.... My God! It did just work..... after a hard disk crash I'd paid for data to be saved to a disk and had everything ready to re-install, but didn't in fact need to do anything - Idownlaoded the OPML Editor on the new laptop, remembered my password and everything just worked first time - as if by a miracle! Not sure what I'll use this for other than follow the development of this tool. But my first blog using RadioUserland seems utterly irretrevievable and my main site is made using Rapidweaver... I have a big project in mind where usability and cost will be a factor so I want to keep options open... Come to think of it, my three years of RadioUserland blogpostss is all in outlines, so shouldn't it be possible to import them all to make a new blog out of the remnants? OPML Editor needs some modern templates to make sites presentable, however. Congratulations, the OPML Editor is installed and working on your computer. You're now ready to be part of a new online community that's creating organized knowledge on the World Wide Web. This window contains a single weblog post, whose title is "It worked!" You can add text to this post, or edit it, or save it, which in effect, publishes the post. You might want to delete the post after a little bit of experimentation. There's documentation linked into the Help menu. You'll find there are several mailing lists with friendly people who are ready to help you learn more about the OPML Editor and the community. Please introduce yourself when you're ready. And welcome to OPML! Sunday, May 14, 2006Reports and photos from La Coruña, Spain Images uploading....
