This is thoroughly odd. Most of you aren't seeing this, but anyone who uses Rojo have seen all today's (misplaced) entries. 

Oliver Kamm has thoughts on The Guardian's Comment is Free blogs. I pretty much agree that most of the comments are - well - deranged. Personally, if I were designing Comment is Free, I'd replace the comments box with a feed from Technorati. Far less messy - and having to post on another blog greatly improves the signal to noise ratio. Alternatively, something like the Slashdot or digg moderation system probably wouldn't be bad (I'd tend towards the Slashdot system - it's has slightly higher immunity to ideological moderation, especially when combined with the second-level moderation). There's nothing wrong with blogging that a little bit of threaded comments boards and moderation won't solve.
