I've just been helping my dad's photography group improve their website. They have a new links page. This is all being generated from (flat) OPML hosted over on iJot. This means that my dad can easily edit the links page without having to use FTP at all (it's done using flat data because it's easier to process than outlines - if there are lots of links, though, I can easily scale the page up). Next is the events page - which is currently in limbo. I'm using upcoming.org to manage future events (and they are being outputted with attached microformats - and drawn from data that is available in RSS, iCal and hCal formats). 
The other thing I have just realised about David Cameron's "blog"? Well, there are no bloody links to anything. Sorry, but how are you providing a 'log' of the web if you don't use the anchor tag?
Remember, kids, cartoons are a great pointer to reality.
Another piece of War on Drugs propaganda is the existence of the phrases "drug problem" and "drug abuse". Some people have got drug problems, but a lot of people who use drugs are neither abusing them nor do they have a 'problem'. The way the media waffle on about drugs, you'd think that anyone who has a puff of marijuana is a crazy nutcase.
An electronic school: "There is no physical exercise or eye contact, little verbal and physical communication and no chance to learn how to handle the bustle and bullying in the playground". They say that as if that's a bad thing.
I'm really not sure how a man killing thirteen year olds is a theological problem. Personally, I'd call it a psychological problem unless there is evidence that the man was motivated by theological or religious motivations.
Think of the children 
Every day, evil scheming paedophiles are transported to their victims by profiteering railway companies. We have suggested that the railway companies put in place a simple Criminal Records Bureau check for customers on their trains - but they are too busy garnering profits from transporting paedophiles! They are putting corporate profits above the safety of children!
The telephone companies are allowing paedophiles to communicate to each other! And they are profiting enormously from it! We have suggested that a simple mind scan be put in place for all telephone users - where a few minutes of telepathic scoping by a state-sanctioned paedo-psychologist will ensure that the telephone user will not use the phone for paedophilic ends. When we explained this to the telephone companies, they told us we were off our rockers. That's because they're in line with the paeeedos!
