
Chris Anderson has started blocking PR e-mails, plus naming and shaming them on the blog. Good. We need to start flushing the more lecherous PR and "Buzz Marketing" people out of the blogosphere. ![]()
Another review of Leopard picks up a bug which I've also been having: Spaces does have some weirdness. For example, when I switch to iTunes using command-tab, spaces does not switch to the desktop that iTunes is pinned to. Likewise, when I switch to Firefox, Spaces switches, but the Firefox window is not selected. The app is in the foreground, but the window is deselected so typing does nothing.

Stacks are getting a bad review from the Ars community. I have to agree. Stacks seems kind of useless - Apple trumpeted it as a big enhancement, but for me, it's actually regressive. Looks cool, but not actually tremendously useful. ![]()

Automator World has a review of the new version of Automator in 10.5. It's definitely an improvement. ![]()
